Navy perance evaluation transation Form: What You Should Know

The Department of Homeland Security (BSA) is the government agency responsible for. (3% of those have signed the voluntary TDI; the rest will be reviewed by their command or branch.) I had a recruiter from The United States Military Academy at West Point ask me about it a few months ago and then ask me to do this. (You can't do the TDI at USA but if you signed the TDI at West Point or have done it for other servicemen/women, I suppose I am just an apologist.) I wrote up a short story to address what I thought was a very valid concern. (The only reason I am writing about it is that I did it for a friend.) The story is a “novel” but I hope it can be of interest. There are so many questions I've had in my mind as I think about this: What is my role in this process? If, like me, you did NOT sign an TDI, then what is your decision to be made? Did you get a signed statement and/or the signed paperwork or did a recruiter or civilian tell you? What is your chain of command? Where does your recruiter get these lists of people who haven't signed the TDI or are non-eligible? How do you get a list of people who have signed the TDI or did it for your branch of service? Are there separate lists for every command, or is it a common list. What is done when it's a new guy and his/her unit gets promoted to higher ranks than the one he/she was in at the time he/she did the TDI/sign it? If you don't sign, why not? It's such a huge deal. I do not know where I would be today without it. When I saw the “FIT REP/EVIL” form, I remembered how much time and effort I had spent on this. I am one of those who signed an TDI, and I believe the recruiter in question. He was probably referring to what I wrote in my story. I think my friend was also talking about this, and that made me really think. And then it hit me: I knew all of this because I was the one who signed the form. The recruiter didn't sign it. I signed it. So the reason I didn't see the recruiter talk to me about this is because he didn't need me to do it.
