Then, I'll create another folder for E4, E5, E6, and E7. Now, I have all of my actual folders created. Let's say I need to do a periodic evaluation on somebody. A periodic eval is basically a yearly eval. For 'if ives', it would be every March. So, I'm going to create a folder and call it B5 Periodic. In here, without having to do much information and creating things individually, I can make all of my information right here and it will carry over. I already have a standard blurb that I've already created. You'll find this on the admin drive.
